    • Responsible for reviewing vendor provided valuation tools including BPOs, AVMs, Appraisals, and Desk Top Appraisals.
    • Responsible for establishing a reconciled value for loan collateral as applicable using market data, internet tools, agent information.
    • Manage analysis process to ensure internal customers critical timeframes are met.
    • Complete the Valuation summary thoroughly documenting all factors of value conclusion with sufficient support as to how the value was derived.
    • Responsible for communications to the management team regarding data issues, problematic reviews, or any other factor preventing a value from being established within departmental service level agreements.

    Working Hours:
    The work from home position would require working from the Lee's Summit, MO office for 6-8 weeks for training before working from home. Training hours are Monday – Friday 5pm to 9pm.
